Daniel Kientsch and Lukas Röthel created the productive block of “Stadtfabrik Hütteldorf” – re-using an existing high rack warehouse and adding several production spaces. Interior streets serve as vehicle access and areas of flexible use. The precise use of volumes, light, materials, and colours creates spaces of distinct atmospheres – productive, creative, social and intimate.
