At the beginning of the Design Studio, the building on the construction site was found in the middle of demolition. Severin Vögel and Christian Regelmann freeze this state in their project and make an alternative development proposal for this property. They extend the ruin with a new building that tries to transfer the constructive principles of the existing building into the present. The upper floor of the existing building will be used as living space for students, the groundfloor and the newly added part will serve as exhibition space, sculptor studios and common rooms.
