The exhibition Little Monument presents 180 handmade drawings produced during a student design workshop led by the Chile-based architects and artists Mauricio Pezo und Sofía von Ellrichshausen.

“Through the production of a large inventory of hand-made drawings, we will explore the rather obsolete distinction between physical and mental scale in architecture. By observing size and proportion, while searching for unique architectural character among disconnected fragments of the historic center, we could confirm that there are both enormous miniatures and tiny giants. We might also find ourselves inhabiting something in between, perhaps the deepest and most intimate interior of a small monument.”
